Basic Help

Hi,
I'm totally new to PHP so this is probably a very silly question but.... I have some PHP code so that part of writing the code has been done and I use the code elsewhere without issue.  I wish to host the code on my plusnet webspace and customise it my way.  I have enabled both the mysql database and the CGI section.  I can login to MYSQL using the https://portal.plus.net/tools/phpmyadmin and all looks good.  The problem I have is I cannot login into my CGI webspace to upload the various files and configure the permissions.  I have tried http://ftp://cshell.plus.net/ and the login fails.  I have tried:

It seems like a very simple question but I can't seem to figure it out, any help will be gratefully recieved.

When you activated your CCGI you should have received an email detailing the login and password to use. If I remember this is different to your normal portal login details.
If you don't see an email just disable and re-enable the ccgi component on the portal and wait for the email. If you don't receive it within a day raise a ticket.
