I spent an hour on the phone on Saturday getting my bill sorted out as I had agreed a new 18 month contract previously but was still being charged the old rate. I also asked for my BT Sport be moved onto my new sky card as I have changed to sky Q. I am still not able to view BT sport on my sky. Can this be rectified ASAP. I do not wish to lose another hour of my life on hold on the telephone. Thanks in anticipation
