BT sport on new sky card not working.

I spent an hour on the phone on Saturday getting my bill sorted out as I had agreed a new 18 month contract previously but was still being charged the old rate. I also asked for my BT Sport be moved onto my new sky card as I have changed to sky Q. I am still not able to view BT sport on my sky. Can this be rectified ASAP. I do not wish to lose another hour of my life on hold on the telephone. Thanks in anticipation

We're sincerely sorry that you've not been able to use your service.

 

I've liaised with one of our TV specialists who informs me that your new card should now be ready to go and all of your channels should now be available.
