BT Sport too many streams

I keep getting the error too many streams on the BT Sport app when I only have one stream.

For example, on Apple TV I’m watching Sport 1.  At the end of the match I switch to Sport 3 to see what’s happening, watch for about a minute and then I switch to Sport 2 only to be met with the error message.

Definitively a bug in the BT Sport app.  Very frustrating!

Anyone else getting this?

From what I can see it appears you can only have a maximum of 2 streams running concurrently which may explain the error on the 3rd. Before changing channels, are you stopping the existing stream first?

There’s nothing I can do to stop a stream when changing channels within the app. The BT Sport server should see the app as one stream whatever channels I switch between.

I didn’t used to get this problem.
