Hi Folks, I am currently signed up to one of Plusnet's residential legacy broadband services (Plusnet Premium).
I have a Domain name (co.uk) registered with another ISP that is primarily utilised for e-mail, which I would prefer to migrate across to Plusnet.
Questions as follow;
1. How much would it cost to migrate and host a Domain on a Plusnet account that does not primarily have any hosting services?
2. Can I utilise my own domain name for e-mail only? Web hosting is not required
3. What would the default quota be (i.e for e-mail) after a Domain name migration.
Thanks...

Hi ejmace,
To answer your questions.
There's no charge to transfer .uk domains into us.
Once a domain is transfered and hosted on your Plusnet account it automatically links to any mailboxes registered against that account. If you want to start the ball rolling you'll need the IPSTAG of the current host, the rest can then be done via the domains section of our portal.
can you clarify this question for us please, do you mean the ammount of mail you are able to store in mailboxes with us or the ammount of mailboxes you are allowed etc?

Note that transferring your domain registration to a specialist service and then have Plusnet host the domain would be cheaper in the long run.
Plusnet's domain renewal charges are extortionate (host only is free).
