Ask a question page has no ask option???

Is it just me or should the 'ASK OUR SUPPORT TEAM A QUESTION' page actually have a way of asking a questions??? There is no link or form to raise an issue or ask a question. Can someone please explain this to me?

Also the REPORT A PROBLEM form returns an error page meaning I am unable to contact them at all without using the phone. I don't understand.

For a broadband provider I would expect to be able to resolve issues online without having to spend an hour in a phone queue. Not impressed.

So I can only ask a question if it's about one of those eight specific things? That's ridiculous.

You can ask a question in the forum help section just don't add any personal info.

dont you see the option to see all questions below the box ?
