Can anyone enlighten me? Can I use DNN on plusnet? If so, might need a few pointers, much appreciated!!!

I've not heard of this software before so I had to look it up. Unfortunately, it will not run on Plusnet servers because it requires a Windows hosting environment including ASP.NET and SQL Server.
Unfortunately, Plusnet only provide PHP and MySQL on the ccgi server, so you can't host it there. You could use phpNUKE, Mambo or Joomla on the ccgi system, and you can find tutorials for installing some of those CMS systems here.
