Another Expired Domain.....Ticket 195217704 Been waiting 3 days now...

Can someone help chase up my expired domain!!!!!!!!

I've called every day for 3 days now and still to be told by the helpdesk it's been sent to network team, but nothing yet...

I've got TWENTY years of registered emails to this domain and now everyone is getting a bounce back as domain is unknown..   

It expired one month ago....

Thanks for getting in touch @electroglidekid I'm sorry for the delay in renewing your domain. I can see this was raised over to the correct team during the night, I'd expect your domain to be renewed within the next 24 to 48 hours at the latest.

Problem Resolved this morning,  emails started coming in about 11am and nominet showing domain registered for another year.
