michael21 - I don't think there are any Adult content locks on Broadband as far as I know. But others may know different. There are on Mobiles as I've seen many a request for it to be removed but never one for Broadband.

Hi @michael21, the link @Baldrick1 has provided should help you with setting up Safeguard to put restrictions on things like adult content via your connection. I'm afraid this is something you'd need to do via the member centre as we would be unable to apply this over the phone or via the community forums etc.

I believe that Child "pornography" imagery is automatically blocked for all users - but I suspect you aren't seeing that kind of content.
