Additional login for site

Hi All,
New to website design but not a newbie to IT. Starting to design a website for a friend. Now I can upload to the site using the FTP address and my login details, is there a way to create additional logins for the site so certain people can only update certain areas ?
For example
I have full rights over the entire site
Bob Smith has rights to the the forms page specifically certain files only
Mandy Smith has rights to the comments page again only certain files
Is this possible ?

Nope.
Your hosting only includes a single login/pass for FTP access  which is the same as that used to login to the portal. No additional logins are possible.

I think that you can do it in Wordpress, but I am not sure, I don't use Wordpress.
