Accessing my totalise webspace (old Madasafish/Totalise account)

When I log in to my 'Madasafish/Totalise' account I can see my webspace details however when I attempt to upload a page on to CuteFTP (as recommended) it does accept my password/login?

• FTP server: www.users.totalise.co.uk
• Username: XXXXX
• Password: Your account password
• Sub-directory: public_html (upload files to this folder)
• Webspace Allocation: 100MB

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? (I presume this is still available)

I would start from scratch however I registered an email address (many years ago) and would now like to use it.
