I changed the nameservers for a domain with a registrar and then raised a Plusnet support ticket at 00:37 on 2nd May requesting the domain be transferred in to my account for hosting only, and that I'd like it pointed to my CCGI webspace.
At 05:54 the same morning I received a reply to my ticket from Matthew S., saying that he had actioned my request and to allow 48 hours for it to propagate through the Internet.
The domain and e-mail are now working again at their new home. I didn't want to clutter up the support ticket system with a 'thank you' note, so hopefully someone at the CSC will read this and pass on my thanks for the speedy action taken.
