OK.
So using a non-Plusnet broadband connection, you didn't get the "Please enable JS and disable any ad blocker" message that myself and pvmb get.
Thanks for that.

I did though - on a non-PN connection and a non-Windows OS.

Thanks.
Can you just confirm if you got the problem over a Plusnet connection?
Have you tried it with any other connection?
And what device and browser were you using please?

Sorry, my last post was meant to be in reply to pvmb.
I'm new and haven't worked out how to point a post at the right person?

For complete clarity, as reported before...
- Connected via Plusnet and attempting to connect to the URL gives the reported problem
- Turn WiFi off (as on a phone) and using another network, the connection is successful - the logon screen appears
There is no evidence to determine which end is at fault, at the moment all that can be said is that the experience is different. There could be legitimate reasons for blocking the content.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

I can't use a Plusnet connection - they are not my ISP
I admit I haven't tried my mobile connection yet - I will if I get time.
I am using a Firefox browser on a Linux OS. Unfortunately can't try it on my Windows machine, as that is away for service.

I only have Plusnet connection available. I am trying from a desktop PC with an outdated version of Edge.
Although seemingly different in kind this is reminiscent of many recent examples we have had of route/network failures across a wide variety of secure logon sites from people using Plusnet as their ISP.

Given that @jab1 has the same problem on his Zen connection, it would appear to be a general BTw problem and not just Plusnet. Sounds very similar to the previous issue with incorrect routing data for some sites.

@Nigel56 Using my iPad on my Zen connection, I get the issue you are observing, using the mobile network, like others I don't have the issue, which is a bit above my pay grade on here to work out.

Just got pinged by my lunch, but I'll do a trace to the site later and see if I get routed anywhere near the BT/Openreach network - recent traces I have run for an issue on another forum don't see any hops hitting such nodes, though.

This is unlikely going to be a routing issue

maybe try this command
mtr -c 1 -w -r -z -T 443 www.mytescomobile.com
uses TCP connecting to port 443 and details the IP Address owner
EDIT there is always telnet which also connects on port 80 and 443

@Dan_the_Van my 'mtr' wouldn't take '-T 443', mine needed '-T' for TCP, then '-P 443' to specify port -
