3 accounts cant enable static IP's

Hiya, 

 

we have 3 new accounts with plusnet and we cannot get the static IP's enabled on any of them, i click activate ip and nothing seems to happen, is there some trick to it? 

 

these 3 accounts where business accounts that we have moved to home accounts (as we like plusnet) all working well apart from the static ip's

@cameldazzler yes, you post here and it gets picked up by a staff member🙄

The automated static IP activation has been broken for a while now.

One of the Plusnet Help team will be along shortly...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
