0114 3073836 scam call or just nuisance?

Woman called claiming to be "Plusnet your internet service provider" quoting my first name. She then started asking for "your full address" which I refused to give, saying that if she were from Plusnet she would know it. At that point she rang off.
I am currently with Plusnet but my contact settings are for e-mail only, so as to avoid scams. I am registered with TPS. If this call was from Plusnet I will complain.
