voicemail

I have two problems, both related to listening to voicemail messages.

If I use the option of going to the Plustalk portal and clicking on Play,
instead of being asked which software I want to play the message through,
Windows Mediaplayer opens, but tells me it can't play the file. The message
is ".. cannot play the file. If the file is on another computer verify you
are connected to the network" - but how do I do that? If I opt to save the
file instead of playing it, I can then play the file in Mediaplayer - but
what a hassle! Any ideas

On the other hand if I ring voicemail from the "phone" by dialling 7001, all
does not run smoothly there either. From the tutorial I think I should be
asked for my mailbox/SIP ID and then for my password. What I hear is
"Mailbox" then silence, then "password". By trial and error I've discovered
that if I pause just the right amount of time after hearing "mailbox" and
then enter my mailbox ID, and then, when I hear "password", enter my
password, I connect. But if I guess wrong with the first bit and enter the
mailbox ID too soon or too late, then I get told "Login incorrect". So with
this one - do other people hear the prompts they are supposed to hear?

Cheers

Re: voicemail

When it says mailbox, put your mailbox, when it says password, put your password... Works fine for me
