hello can anyone help ive just done a scan of my pc and i have a trojan horse downloader virus called axload.g never seen this before does any one know how to remove the little fella from my pc Sad Sad many thanks kev

Go to the Norton site http://www.symantec.com then do a search for the virus.
You should then find a removal tool.

Try this and see what you get, they may even have a download tool to remove it.

extreme17, on-line virus checkers in my experience don't remove viruses etc, they just highlight them, and he already knows he's got a problem Wink

kevinosullivan, do you have an anti-virus program installed? any joy with that fix.
