errrm upgrading to 1mb line with plus.net

but just got a message back saying :

Regrade fee has been taken please action the customers regrade request.

what does it mean by
"please action the customers regrade request."

where and how would i do this ?

It is marked as an internal message.

It states that the fee for your regrade has been taken, and that they have passed it onto the next department, for them to action the request.

Looks like an "internal" instruction to someone in Plusnet telling whoever does these things that they've got your money, so go ahead and regrade you.

Suggest you don't do anything. :roll:
