i'm tring to do a website for a local club, having tried frontpage and managing to get things started and a couple of pages uploaded and working, then trying to modify and crashing it ( all you get on website is a blank colour then if you click on it you get all the code ) i gave up and tried fusion7 which gives some fair looking results for a novice. but after publishing to my hard-drive as per tutorial, it says"could not connect to ftp.plus.net/" any ideas

Is the trailing / after ftp.plus.net anything to do with it.

Have you configured the login name and password for using ftp? DOn;t knoe about the product so just guessing here.

Windows has a command line FTP client called ftp so If you try manually to use FTP does it work?
