Hi,later when I am getting an explorer message THIS PAGE CONTAINS SECURE AND NON SECURE ITEMS,DO YOU WANT TO DISPLAY? YES OR NO. How do I stop this appearing everytime? Cheers bry.

In IE, tools -> internet Options -> Advanced tab. Scroll down to the security section and untick the relevant entry (2nd from botton on mine).

Although strictly still secure, I would advise leaving it eneabled.

These show when a site has badly deisgned there secure pages. Unless a site is well designed and there certificate doesn't match, I never use there services.

If you refer to the PlusNet forums, this will be because you have logged into the portal and visited a secure portion. You have then visited the forum using a HTTPS link. The forum software requires that images are located in a single place at this time, and this they are being called from a non-secure version.

The way to get around this, is to make sure you visit without the https link, and use http

Thanks for pointing this out. This problem was bugging me as well!

I had bookmarked the forums having arrived via the secure portal which guaranteed I was getting the warning on every page load :shock:.

Well link:censored a duck! My home page has been set wrong all this time. Couldn't suss out why it only happened on certain visits to the portal.
