We have been struggling to get the above equipment working with PlusTalk but have managed to get it all working except when someone rings us on the 0845 number we cannot hear them at all yet they can hear me perfectly.

The phone is on the DMZ port of the router to dismiss the firewall on the router and making calls is no problem at all now, even connecting within 2 seconds after PlusNet changed the system last week.

The only way we could get the phone working was to use the "fake WAN Address on SIP and RTP" option under "NAT Traversal" using our fixed IP address and Port number 5060 for both WAN SIP and WAN RTP. I suspect it is something to do with the port numbers for WAN SIP and WAN RTP but cannot find the correct numbers anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated
