Wheres the 240 free mins gone?

Hmmm....

Ive just bought a new smartphone with SIP support and remembered I should be getting 240 mins of free SIP to landline calling. Ive been to the member centre to activate it and cannot find reference to it anywhere? Is it still on offer?
Do I qualify? Has it been withdrawn and Ive missed the boat?

Can anyone point me in the direction to activate the FREE 240 mins a month that were offered in my contract a few months back?

Other than that no probs really!

Recently joined Plusnet, about half way through 1st month before downloaded, got a dial tone, and response from 7000, but trying to dial 01xxx number off-peak I get the error message that I have run out of credit, my account shows no minutes, but the product blurb says 120 off peak minutes.... where have they gone?
