The only problem is that I have had my email to say my account has changed to Option 1 but my plustalk control panel still says PAYG

Don't hold your breath...... Customer Support have just sent me this.....

the 240 minutes free are for sip to sip usage so any 01,02 numbers and mobiles will need credit to be able to call out.

I'm disputing this with them at the moment.

Oh dear, someone at the CSC has totally misunderstood there.

SIP to SIP are totally free, and dare I say it, unlimited.

The 240 minutes are definitely for calls to normal landlines, 01/02 numbers.

What you've been told, is, in a word: wrong. The only bit that was right is that you'd need credit for calls to mobiles.
