Vanilla Asterisk and PlusTalk newbie

I've just started setting up a vanilla asterisk box and got it directing incoming calls to a softphone on another computer. I've used a VoipUser 0844 number so far for tests but I don't want to hammer that by testing outbound calls and so I guess it's time to activate PlusTalk. After searching this forum, here's the section of sip.conf that I've cobbled together - can anyone spot potential problems?
[0845xxxxxxxx]

type=friend
fromdomain=myaccount.plus.com
fromuser=plustalk
username=plustalk@myaccount.plus.com
secret=mypassword
host=sip.plus.net
insecure=very
nat=no ; I'm passing UDP/5060 to my asterisk box
qualify=yes
canreinvite=no
context=external

Somewhere in a post about Asterisk@Home, I've seen that I should set up a registration string:
plustalk@account.plus.com:mypassword@sip.plus.net/plustalk
However, I have no idea in which configuration file and where that should go and help would be appreciated!

WRT PlusTalk charges: my account has bundled minutes to UK geographical numbers but I can't figure out whether there is a "standing charge" for the service. Hopefully, there isn't - but please correct my assumption if I've got that wrong!

TIA,

Geoff
