VOIP problems at peak times ???

Hi,
I posted this in the Community Support forum and got no reply...

Just wondering if anyone has noticed poor quality VOIP at peak times.

I don’t use PlusTalk as I found it very unreliable, I changed to another VOIP provider last year and have had superb audio quality

Over the last 3 or 4 week I have noticed during peak times, poor quality audio and the odd dropout

Speed tests / downloads & browsing are fine

One reason I stayed with PlusNet was the knowledge that the system IS managed and VOIP packets get a very high priority on the network.

The quality has dropped at all times. It used to be as good as normal L/Line but recently you get drop outs and poor audio quality.
