Unable to use PlusTalk allowance due to PlusNet faults

Because PlusTalk isn't always working, I'm unable to use all of my allowance. Now I realise that you don't *have* to use it all (much like your bandwidth allowance on the broadband itself) but I've got 194 minutes remaining from my 240, simply because I can't connect to the PlusTalk SIP server most of the time, and when I can connect to it calls just go dead after a long wait with no ringing tone.

It doesn't really seem right that I've got allowance which I can't use due to PlusNet's fault(s), and that I'm simply going to lose the allowance (as I have done in previous months for the same reasons).
