Unable to dial out for 14 days!

F9 used to be 'the word' when it came to customer service.

I have been unable to get anyone from F9 to respond and properly deal with my home phone for a full two weeks!

If you call the customer support line you get to leave a message to which they 'might' respond! Might respond - what kind of customer care is that?

I have recommended F9 in the past. I will now be recommending all my contacts move to a reliable service.
