I have recently started to use my free 240mins broadband phone, Xlite3. Everything starts up, dials out and even the 0845 number calls in OK, until you start to talk. I have had many complaints and the phone put down by who I am calling about the poor quality of voice, they just hear a garbled broken voice,(its not my age). I have checked software settings, PC sound settings etc, all ok. I use a good mike/headset which works great with Skype, so the problem is with Fol/Plustalk. Any ideas folks.
I have done xlite update and tested it by making a call. First I cannot dial out to any landline Nos, got the reciepiant to call the 0845 No, which actually got through but they reported the sound as in-audible, rubbish in fact.
This appears to still be a waste of computer space, I don't have any problem with Skype!
Any one answering out there?
