You may not be doing anything wrong.

I have just tried my X-Lite phone today and am getting the same error message. It always has worked fine but I've not used it for about a month.

Raise it as a 'ticket' and see if F9 know of a problem.

Ah Ha, silly me, I forgot I changed the master password on my account due to the recent security problems Shockedops:.

Updated the password and all is now well. I would double check your username and password details are correct.

I don’t really know the answer as I don’t have an incoming 0845 number activated on my line (don’t get enough calls to make it worthwhile), it would be down to the ‘far end’ settings at F9’s servers.

Easy way to test is ring your home or a friends landline number (if you have caller display) and see what comes up.

At the moment you can't unfortunately, it will be withheld on PSTN calls. Something to look into at a later date I expect.
N/A

speedtouch 716ml ver 5

Everybody who has a speedTouch 716wl ver5 don't update to the latest firmware, it has a big bug in it.

It will make the phone port 1 light up all the time and you will not get a dial tone to make calls.

This is the phone port 1 and not the VoIP ready light which also turned on normally
