Proxy Server - Windows 2003

Does anyone know if win 2k3 has any sort of proxy server built into it? I cant seem to find one.
If not can anyone recommend one that will allow me to control the content viewed by users on an NT domain system. Upto 20 people and the software to be installed on either a 2k3 server.
At the moment I'm running wingate on an nt4 server machine but both the client side software needed and the server software leave alot to be desired and I'd love to be able to decommision the machine it's run on.

I don't believe so. It's an extra called ISA Server 2004.

Thanks for the reply, that option is a little too pricy.
Can anyone recommend a good one with a smaller price range (£300 or less)?

Is FREE the right price? You can get a free proxy with a webserver all for free

Or for about £300 inproxy is the best I used it at ICI and it work great lets you block sites and log peoples usage. I found this worked better than filtering I just sent them an email with the log showing what they had been doing and it soon put them off. The important thing is to have a internet policy in place so you can take action
