Problems moving my home phone number

I've just moved house and I'm waiting for my phone number to be moved to my new place. The problem is I can't get to speak to anyone from Force 9 to give me an update. It was supposed to be completed on 29/12. I realise there might be a small delay due to the holiday period but I'm finding the email updates frustrating and would like to speak to someone. I've queued for about 30 minutes already today to no avail. Has anyone got any advice or if anyone from Force 9 views this please reply to this or call, the details are on my outstanding question. User ID webbyates.

I can see that we have booked an engineer appointment for you as required - so hopefully you'll be online and on the phone very soon!

Unfortunately this is the ealiest we can get an engineer to you - and would have been roughly the same whichever telephone provider you had used (since they all use the same engineers / diaries).
