What does Vonage provide that sipdiscount does not as apparently sipdiscount is FREE, once you buy a one-off credit?

What do you get for £9.99 / month

£9.99 a month just for an incoming number? Thats what PSTN pass through is for on your ATA and pay £0.00 per month with www.sipdiscount.com!

Hi,

PSTN passthrough does not however provide the benefits of the second line functionality many people look for in a VoIP service, simply giving a second outgoing line.

Kind Regards,

I would concede that point about the second line as I could see this as a major selling point for VOIP for families etc. (but its just me and the wife at the mo with a little one on the way!) However, now that www.sipdiscount.com gives an incoming number for VOIP I find it hard to see why people pay for the same kind of service (albeit with little customer support from sipdiscount!).
