I activated my broadband phone a few days ago and several times since I've received a "your call cannot be connected, please check service status" message. Each time the service status has been green. At the current time, this service is too unreliable to be of much use.
What is going on here, and when are PlusNet going to get their act together?
VoIP phone has been out for more than 24 hours. Status report continues to indicate no problem. No response to question(20195149)that was posted nearly 24 hours ago. Phone support? - enough said. Sadly this seems to be almost normal for Plusnet!
