So, thanks to our landlord not actually informing us before we moved in and started organising internet and things, we're having to disconnect our phoneline and have it reconnected in our name. Problem is... we're wondering what this will do to our account with plusnet. Will they allow us to just reconnect and carry on fine without any extra charges once we're reconnected, or will we have to basically just sign up again as new customers? :?
Normally BT will cease you broadband service unfortunately meaning a new activation of your line is required. It's worth contacting BT to expalin the situation as they are the only people who could prevent your ADSL being ceased.
