Dear Plus.net,
I have recently subscribed for you £14.99 a month broad-band and you have charged me for £20.99 which i know why iot is higher but then today it said that you tried to take the money and failed when you have already tried it says you refunded the account but i never recieved a refund so i have lost over £40 is there anything you can do?
