Help needed...the pc downstairs sends & receives mail using outlook express - on all my mail accounts.
However upstairs the new pc now has Outlook as its default mail client.
I exported the settings from downstairs OE accounts (to save time) and originally imported them into upstairs OE accounts. Then I changed the email client to Outlook and again imported the settings. These settings receive mail but won't send outgoing. I've looked at the account settings but can see no problems...I'm not at all familiar with Outlook, so may be missing something obvious?
One thing I wonder about, in Outlook on mail messages it doesn't show a "drop-down" From: list, so is it possible I'm sending from the wrong account but still receiving okay?
