Outlook 2003 Issue

I've just upgraded to Vista 64 Home Premium and now when I send an email I get the following error:

503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA

I can receive no problem

Can anyone help sort this out? Please!

Just to check you are on a PN IP address and using relay.plus.net as the outgoing SMTP server? If the answer is no to either then that is you problem, you must use the outgoing mail server related to the ISP you are on.

PN do not require authentication when sending so ignore any of the google suggestions about turning on authentication.

Check your from and return email address are actually valid email addresses.

Outlook 2003 Issue

I can't believe I was such an idiot!!!

Everything was correct except for my email address - I had set it to ....plus.net rather than ....plus.com.

Thanks for the help.
