Netscape 7.02 Font Size

Playing with a Linux box and trying to find a decent browser for it.. Currently trying Netscape 7.02 which seems to work very well in most respects, however when I Reply or post a New Topic the font is tiny, to the point of being almost impossible to read at times. Fotnts are fine in Preview and when reading posts, just not in any areas that I can type.

Any ideas?

Netscape is the hell of web designers like myself, because it does not follow the W3C rules. What you carefully prepare and layout is not what you get. Get rid of it (kill the bitch, is what I keep saying), and go for Opera or Mozilla, since being on Linux, it is unlikely you will consider a MS product.

My live PC is W2K... I'm just playing with Linux on another box.. Now on SuSE 8.2 (Damn thing took 24 hours to download via ISDN!).

Current verision of Opera appears not to support Java correctly/fully? Mozilla - I thought that had stopped bing developed? If not.. point me at the current version and I will try. What about Konqueror? Any thoughts?

Mozilla is alive, 1.4 released in June this year, see on http://www.mozilla.org/.

Konqueror conforms to HTML 4 so should be ok in most instances. see on http://www.konqueror.org/

Opera can be run in Internet Explorer emulation, so should also be ok. Correct about some JS aspects not being supported, but looking at the DOM (http://www.opera.com/docs/specs/js/dom/) it may not be critical.

let me know how you get on.
