NAT AND WEB SERVER OFF STATIC IP 4 BLOCK - SOME1 REPLY!!!!

Hi,
I am having trouble with my Web Server setup via NAT.
I Currently have the following setup :

Plusnet 1MB ADSL with a block of 4 static IP’s
1 is Subnet, 1 is Broadcast address, 1 is for router, 1 is spare.

Router is : 81.174.X.A
Spare is : 81.174.X.B

I have :
Zyxel 652R (192.168.1.1 - Local setting, 81.174.X.A - Wan Setting) Router going to a 16 port switch. NAT is enabled.

The switch has 3 workstations and 1 server.
This goes from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.5
Server is on 192.168.1.2 I have used the Zyxel multiNAT setup guide and the Plusnet NO-NAT setup pages to no avail.

I set my router to FULL FEATURE and I have set the address mapping rules as follows :

Rule 1 : Type = Server (for server access via NAT)
Global IP 81.174.X.B
Mapping Set = Port 80 – IP Address = 192.168.1.2

Rule 2: Type Many To 1 (for Pc’s to use Internet via Router ‘via NAT’)
Local Start IP 0..0.0.0
Local End IP 255.255.255.255
Global Start IP 81.174.X.A

Router LAN Address 192.168.1.1 – Subnet 255.255.255.0
Router WAN STATIC – 81.174.X.A – Subnet 255.255.255.252

My 'workstations' can access the net ok, so I assue the seccond NAT rule is correct. I cannot get the server to be pinged through the address 81.174.X.B or no reply from that address.

My server is Win 2003 Standard, I can ping this fine on 192.168.1.2 and access the internet from it. I have IIS6 set up and I can view my web pages locally from other Pcs on my local network ok. Its just the NAT part from 192.168.1.2 > 81.174.X.B that doesnt work.
