I just enabled the PAYG PlusTalk on my account to check it out, and I have to say, I am not impressed.
I know it says local rate number, but I misread it as local number, so was hoping for an actual local number (0117 n my case).
Then I read that I have to use the phone every month to keep the number!
I already have an account with sipgate (P.S. please peer with them!) where I have an 0117 local number, PAYG, and don't actually have to make any calls to retain it. I make very few phone calls (that are not from my mobile), so PAYG is the most attractive VoIP option to me, but when coupled with this minimum usage requirement it defeats the point of PAYG for me!
Also, minimum call 60mins? It's enough for me, but it's not that great, is it?
sipgate is 150mins.
