Linux Security Software

I am going to be switching to linux soon and wondered if any current users could point be to any good (free) security software for it. Ideally i would like AV Firewall and Antispyware - that way I am prepared for the downfall of M$ and the increased attacks on linux users people keep saying about Wink

Anitspy ware and AV isn't really an issue for Linux due to the way the kernel operates... apart from that spyware targets MS as its underlying nature makes it easy to exploit where as Linux is more complex.

For firewalls you can't do much better than iptables which comes with nearly all (if not all) linux distro's. For a rule editor if you like gui's firewall builder (http://www.fwbuilder.org) is an excellent rule editor...

There are a few linux virus' around, but not many. Two that spring to mind are Linux/Slapper-A and Linux/Thebe-A. I think we've got Sophos on some of our boxes at the moment.
