Is this breach of copywrite

or not?

www.stpetersbasin.co.uk is listed in UK2's domain name auction.
If you go to the above url you will see within a frame, a page, (including a photo), from my web site.
If you go to http://www.monkchester.co.uk/st__peters_11a.htm (a page on my web site) you will see exactly the same page except without the UK2 banner.
Is this a sneaky way to get round copywrite?
I'm not really that bothered, just a bit puzzled.

don't think its copyright or IP theft, Just linking you page into his...

Easiest way to stop that page showing in the frame is to rename the page or redirect the page to google.

Thats a beautiful picture you got their mate, you might want to consider using watermarking:

http://www.picture-shark.com/download.htm

Obviously keep the none water marked photo for yourself and the broadcast the water marked one on your site instead.

You can make the watermark look obvious or not, span the whole image or just a corner. Just do it in a place where its hard to edit out.

For example:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y95/nameom/skyeconcert.jpg

Its the easiest way to stop these culprits and even if they do *steal* it you can still get a link back if you use your domain as the watermark Wink
