How to use PlusNet with a Mac Notebook - any tips?

I'm thinking of buying a Mac notebook for study purposes, but I'm not sure whether/how I will be able to use the wireless facility to access internet/email when I'm on the move.

Does anyone know if PlusNet have produced a guide for this sort of thing?

Thanks.

I don't know much about Macs but the ability to access Plusnet is fairly independant of the operating system. The Mac will, presumably, have all the drivers necessary to run its own hardware. Connections to the internet are done with a standard protocol (TCP/IP) which is independant of the type of ocmputer. Plusnet, like most ISPs, don't need any special software to access their services, just the standard web browsers and email clients that come with the computer.

So you should be fine.

Easiest way really is to buy an ADSL/Wireless router combo then just config the modem on the router to connect with plusnet (which is simple enough)

Then just configure your wireless network, turn on your mac and its pretty much hey presto! instant internet Cheesy
