Good CMS for a recipes site

Anyone have any experience building a recipe-publishing website, or indeed just using Content Management software in general? I just want something that will make it easy for me to add new recipes in a standard format, and that I can adapt so that it keeps the look and feel of the rest of my site. Ideally, I'd want to turn off any facility for other users to add/edit content.

Mambo is an excellent CMS... and it even has a recipes module!

Cool: can you point me towards a URL for the module?

Bah! Maybe I was quick off the mark.

There is a component for recipes (you can see a demo in the site below and download it from the download section) but it is in German, so it might not be quite what you want:

I think Php Nuke has a better recipe component, so maybe that is the better option. I've never used Php Nuke, though, so not sure how good a CMS it is.

Or if you're looking for a recipe website that uses PHP and MySQL you could check out the one available on EasySiteNetwork.

Hope this helps.

I've actually settled for PHPMyRecipes in the end as it seemed to provide what I needed.
