Having just joined Plusnet Broadband Premier, I was hoping to take advantage of my free broadband calls. However, when I try to make a voip call I get a message saying I do not have sufficient credit to make the call. I thought there were inclusive minutes in my package?? Anyone got any idea??
I seem to be registered under broadband pay as you go!!
Click on account details, in the menu to the right is activate broadband phone. should change from broadband phone payg to broadband phone 120 or 240 depending on your package. took me a while to find it as well.
