Since a static ip address change last week I have been unable to dequeue mail from the autoturn server using the finger command.
I have made no configuration changes to my exchange server (5.5) and can successfully ping autoturn.
+net say problem is my end and refuse to give me any further assistance. They won't even tell me if my finger command is being recieved or if I'm responding to Ident request.
Can anyone help please...I haven't had any incoming mail for a week apart from mail from relay server if I'm connected at the time. I only have a dial up connection and I'm not running any firewall etc.
