FTP automatic log-in

I use ftp://homepages.plus.net to access my webspace. I am usually presented with a log-in page requesting my Plusnet username and password before I can reach HT docs. I ticked the box which says "Remember log-in details" to avoid having to log in every time.

I now want to use a different Plusnet account webspace but of course, I keep being logged in automatically to the first account, because the log-in details have been remembererd somewhere. Does anyone know how I reverse this - i.e. how do I delete the "remember log-in details" from the ftp server ? presumably, the details must be stored somewhere on my hard disk, but where ? I have tried deleting passwords in IE6 and have deleted all the cookies and temporary internet files, but to no avail.

Anyone know where they are hiding ?

not sure where these are kept on the system but you could try doing a search for *.pwl and deleting any you find on your hard drive,

failing that a third party like filezilla will get you into each account seperately
