Error port 6881 is black listed.

How do i get round this? If i get a unlimited 1 mb line, would that work? i have a 512kb unlimited or at least it was when i signed up 20 months or so ago. i am trying to use azureus and no matter which port i try, it gives a NAT error

I suspect this is a local issue to your PC or router/modem because Plusnet don't block any ports except 135 outgoing. Changing to a 1Mb speed will make no difference.

Hi,

You will get a NAT error if the port cannot be reached. If your using a router, then you need to port forward 6881 to your machine, and you need to allow javaw.exe access to the port within your firewall.

lol, are you suggesting that a fellow member on the forums might be doing something which falls on the gray side of the law lol :lol:

Protowall is better lol, it takes up less CPU, but PG2 is on it's way.
