I have just signed up with PLusnet today. I have set up my e-mail correctly. I am still signed up to Virgin. I can receive e-mail but I am unable to send it. I am using Outlok Express.

Unfortunatly, most providers do not allow you to use their email sending servers, unless you are actualy connected to them.

As you are still connected via Virgin, you would need to use their server until you connect to PlusNet.

This is for security and spam reasons.
