Domain names and search engines

I have had my webspace listed in Google for some time and that all works fine. Now I got a domain name for my webspace and although the Google spider finds my site by domain name, it does not appear to extract title and description tags - very odd.

This is what Google has for my webspace URL http://visualxpo.plus.com:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=site%3Awww.visualxpo.plus.com
There are only very few pages yet, that's okay, and ignore the third entry (morelinks.html) - it's gone.

By contrast, the same for http://www.astigmaticeye.co.uk looks like this: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=site%3Awww.astigmaticeye.co.uk
The missing title and description tags must be to do with the way the domain name is set up on the servers.

Does anybody have any suggestions how to get this to work properly?

Thanks,
Wolf

There is no reason why Google should be indexing the site incorrectly.

Pages are served in much the same way that they are if using the default username address. Nothing is added by PlusNet, and provided the page is the same.

After inspecting the page and the headers up close, there is nothing out of place, that could cause this.

I can only suggest seeking help on the Google newsgroups.
