In the 'Member centre' >>>>>>>> 'My Account' >>>>>>>>> 'Account Details' >>>>>>>>>>> 'Plus Talk' >>>>>>>>>>>>> 'Tarif' Tab, it says that National calls are Daytime 1.5p, Evenings 1.0p, Weekends 1.0p

But when i signed up i signed up for anytime and was under the beleif that all 01/02 numbers were free.

Confused

If you signed up for Anytime, then these will apply if you go over 3,000 minutes per month. And let's face it - this isn't likely.

They are also applicable for those customers who are on PAYG, or Eves and Weekends.

7. Is there a call time limit?

To ensure that calls are not left accidentally connected there is a maximum call time of 59 minutes and 59 seconds. You can re-start the call again at anytime after being disconnected.

it doesn't. Infact it doesn't tell you anything about the 'Anytime' Plustalk until after you start the signup process. http://portal.plus.net/residential/voice/plustalk_spec.shtml

The included minutes are for the business customers on the business contract.

i have only ever seen the 2000 min / month info once in the registration procedure...never found it since sign up, very confusing?

I have had another look...where does it actually state the inclusive min allocation for Anytime non-business customers? This all seems a bit 'cloak and dagger'!

You're quite right - i remember seeing it on one of those links that druidswand posted and now it's gone altogether.

Maybe it's subject to SUP/FUP?

Which you only see after the 'sign up process', nothing is linked to that untill after the customer has decided to buy.
